On new construction projects and additions, Holzheimer
Interiors gets involved from the ground up as we work alongside builders and
architects to lay a firm foundation of understanding of the ultimate goal for
your space. This early planning helps ensure everything is created in proportion
to the space, and made from the most appropriate and appealing materials. At
this stage, we work with our draftsman to prepare detail drawings that leave
nothing to chance.
Maybe
a corridor needs to be widened, an alcove added, recessed lighting fixtures
relocated, or a custom fireplace mantle enlarged. With our discerning eye
and vast experience we provide these and many other options to clients to
maximize the form, function, and enjoyment of your space. We will examine,
document, and draw the structural aspects of a job before focusing on the
furnishings, accessories, fixtures, and room palette.
Jacqueline Holzheimer’s degree in interior architecture serves her well
as she works with architects and draftsmen, and sometimes does her own drawings.
Jacqueline’s meticulous efforts at this stage of a project ensure that,
later on, everything will fit properly, function beautifully, look stylish,
and enhance the enjoyment of using the space.
